  • Past Due Loans Will Have Debit Cards Blocked: If you have a loan that is more than 15-days past due, your debit card will be blocked and you will need to contact us to bring your account current.
  • Downtown Office to Close October 7th: Our Credit Union has faced some challenges in the present economical condition. It has become necessary for the Board of Directors and the President to make some tough decisions to maintain a functioning organization for our members. As of October 7, 2011 the downtown office at 423 West 500 North will be closed.

    Our West Jordan Office, at 7134 South Redwood Road in West Jordan will be open to serve you with the same friendly service you have experienced in the past.

  • Finance Charges: If you have a credit card with the credit union and on your statement it states "Finance Charge" this means that the particular party is being charged interest for that month. If you carry purchases on your card for a month you will be charged interest. If you pay it off before the 25th day no interest will be charged. If you do a Cash Advance on your card you will be charged interest on that day. The name "Finance Charge" is what our processing company called it when we converted to a new operating system.

    We inquired about changing that word to an alternative word but the cost was too high at this time for our credit union. If you have any questions about your credit card statements feel free to give us a call and have a great day.
  • Important Changes to Your Account Terms:
    The following is a summary of changes that are taking effect September 1, 2011 for PRCU member accounts. Pacific Rails Credit Union has made a change in their policy concerning loan late fees. This change does not apply to real estate backed loans or any form of open ended credit. A loan late fee of 5% of the loan payment or a minimum of $20 will be charged if payment is paid more than 10 days past the due date. Pacific Rails Credit Union has changed their Non-Sufficient Funds Fee (NSF). A $25 fee will be assessed per item for non-sufficient funds.
